How it works;
Planning & Design
Our planning team is responsible to manage your project through each stage of the design and consent process. The initial stages include geotechnical investigation, design development and structural engineering of your steel shed frame. Working with various consultants, construction detailing, building consent lodgment and then working through the council consent process are critical steps for every successful project. Some projects need resource consent and some may not need a building consent at all, read more here:
Project Management
A job well planned is a job half done they say. Our experienced project managers are responsible to oversee quantity surveying, purchasing and coordinating delivery of the building materials. They organize building inspections, support the construction teams and ensure the construction stages of your steel shed run smoothly. There are many moving parts which need to mesh together for a building project to be successful. FORT BUILDINGS are shed builders that are committed in pulling all this together for you and will see your shed project through to completion.
Construction
Our professional builders take great pride in their work! They are trained and experienced to care for all aspects of the construction of your shed project.
